  • Orders of £200 (ex. VAT) and over – FREE Standard Delivery (6 Working Days | Estimated)
  • Bulk orders require that you contact us for a specific cost of delivery (bulk = orders of 300 or more items)

Delivery Times

Standard dispatch for all orders is 6/8 working days, however at peak times the dispatch time can be longer. If you need your order by a specific date we will try and work towards this for you, but we can only guarantee a dispatch date if you select and pay for our express dispatch service at the time of ordering. An estimated delivery date will be displayed when you process your order. Please note, this date is dependent on you promptly responding to any communication from Brand-all, such as to approve an embroidery proof. Failure to do so may impact on our ability to meet the originally specified timeframe.

We only use Royal Mail for our deliveries and as such you are subject to their conditions of delivery. You can see these

What happens if I want to cancel an order?

We try to ensure the shortest possible delivery time.

In order to be able to offer you a fast delivery service, many orders will be dispatched within hours. This means that unfortunately it is not always possible to cancel your order.

Expenses are incurred once an order is placed with us including artwork production, ordering of materials, and placement of orders with vendors which are subject to their cancellation or restocking policies and charges. If an order is cancelled once placed, Brand-all reserves the right to charge for artwork fees, restocking costs and any other expenses incurred by us between the time we received your payment and the cancellation request was received.

Returns

We aim for one-hundred percent customer satisfaction, so if you are unhappy with your order please contact us. As we provide personalised goods, however, we cannot accept returns unless we have made a mistake or the garments are faulty. Please return any faulty goods to us within 15 days of receipt for investigation. Please be aware The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to “personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification”.

Before placing your order, please be careful to check product size information. As we supply garments from different manufacturers there is no such thing as a standard size, for example a medium produced by Fruit of the Loom may differ to a medium by Gildan. On every product there is accurate sizing information for that item under the ‘Sizing information’ tab, just below the product description.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order of blank un-customised goods, simply return the goods to us for a full refund or exchange to the equivalent value. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original saleable condition, i.e., in the condition in which they left our premises. This includes the item(s) being unsoiled and complete with all tags / packaging as new. We will action a refund or exchange upon receipt and you will be kept updated by email. Please note delivery charges cannot be refunded unless goods or services are faulty or (see below).

Please note that the 14 day return policy does not apply to goods that have been altered to provide you with a customised product, in other words a product that is produced to your specification. See further information below in Faulty Goods Section.

Faulty Goods

We offer a full refund or exchange to the equivalent value of any items that are faulty. Products must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, they will then be inspected before any refund or exchange can take place. Depending on the nature of the fault, we may have to send them to the manufacturer which may cause a delay to processing your refund or exchange. If your products develop a fault after 14 days of receipt they may still be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. In the event of this happening please contact us for assistance.

All goods returned, whether faulty or non-faulty, must be accompanied by a fully completed returns slip (the returns slip is enclosed with your order). If you have lost the returns slip please contact us for help.

Please note we do not accept returns for items that have been customised unless they display manufacturing faults, in which case we will need to send them to the respective manufacturer before we can approve the return. Timescales for this vary dependent on the supplier but we will endeavour to keep you updated.

Restocking fees may apply to returns of non-faulty items and will vary depending on quantity and supplier. We will not reimburse postage costs incurred as a result of the return of non-faulty items, but will do so up to a value of £6.95 if the item is confirmed as faulty due to an error on our behalf and we are presented with a postage receipt.

Brandable Clothing does not accept any responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged during transit. We therefore recommend that you return your items via a reputable carrier on a recorded delivery service. Once we are satisfied that you are entitled to a refund or exchange we will proceed to reimburse you via the original method of payment, store credit or exchange.
